Centro Municipal Integrado El Llano is a multi-purpose facility of Gijón City Council that brings together services for local residents and spaces for cultural life in the El Llano district. It houses a citizen service office for municipal queries and paperwork, social services, a municipal self-service kiosk, a library, a media library and a study room.

Its 156-seat auditorium is used for talks, conferences, screenings and theatre performances, and the main lobby, which runs through the building, doubles as an exhibition space. There is also a 350 m² multipurpose hall for sports classes and social and cultural activities, an early childhood space with an enclosed play yard, a fully equipped cooking workshop and a terrace. Its activities are announced each month in the El Llano district programme.
