Art in the Neighborhood. Mercedes Luján.

The guitarist Mercedes Luján stars in one of the featured performances of the series dedicated to flamenco, which this year celebrates its third consecutive edition in municipal centers. This proposal is part of a broader program by the Fundación Municipal de Cultura that integrates music, cinema, and dance.

Flamenco will have a special presence during the month of October through five titles at El Cine del Centro. In addition, the musical agenda includes the following performances:

• Ana Crismán: flamenco harp in October at the Ateneo La Calzada.
• Mercedes Luján: guitar in November at El Llano, as part of the Arte en el barrio program.

The programming is completed with dance productions included in the Escena program and a performance by Los Conciertos del Taller, organized by the Taller de Músicos. 🎸
