Winter does not put the Botanic to sleep, it awakens.
What’s new in the Garden?
The garden has finished shedding and is starting to wrap up again. There are days of cold and wind, but each day is longer than the previous one. The calendar says winter, but nature teaches us that spring is just around the corner.
Activities in the Garden
- Free guided visits every day
- Second Sundays of each month: birdwatching with the Carbayera del Tragamón Ornithological Collective
- Book club: books in which nature plays a major role
- First session: discussion of the book
- Second session: talk with the author or author
- Third session: guided tour of the Garden focused on the plants in the book
