In this workshop, we will delve into the universe of The Mansion of the 10 Doors, a story that invites us to cross thresholds filled with imagination, science, and discoveries. The book follows the story of Lara, a twelve-year-old girl with an overflowing imagination. We will get to know her adventure and talk about some of the women scientists who appear in the book —such as Margarita Salas, Hedy Lamarr, or Rosalind Franklin—, pioneers who changed the world with their creativity, curiosity, and courage.
After the reading and conversation, we will move on to the more experimental part: each participant will build their own kaleidoscope, a small laboratory of light and forms that, like the doors of the book, will allow us to see the world in a different way.
A workshop that combines literature, science, art, and imagination, ideal for awakening vocations and fostering curiosity.
