About this venue
The Palacio de Mon is a Baroque-era noble residence in Mon, in the municipality of San Martín de Oscos, and is listed among the heritage sites presented by the town council. The tower at the south-east corner and the central wing hold the oldest part of the building, which dates back to the 16th century.
The rest was built in several phases during the 18th century. Its architecture features balconies, cornices and coats of arms, and the complex includes a chapel dedicated to San Fernando. The palace can be visited by prior appointment, according to Turismo Asturias.
