Kuivi Almacenes is a leisure and culture space in Oviedo, set in a rehabilitated former industrial warehouse of around 700 m², with an additional outdoor area of 2,000 m². It stands in what was the city’s first logistics zone, behind the bus station, and has operated at this location since summer 2024. The venue is adapted for wheelchair users.
The project began in summer 2021 as Kuivi Pop Up, an urban cultural park set up on an unused lot in the San Lázaro neighbourhood, which hosted more than a hundred free performances and drew some 45,000 people. Today it combines free concerts in the outdoor plaza with ticketed shows in the indoor hall, and its music programme spans indie rock, jazz rock, psychedelic rock, punk, trap and Latin sounds.
