Mieres Centru Cultural

Mieres Centru Cultural (MCC) is a municipal cultural venue right in the centre of Mieres, on Calle Jerónimo Ibrán, which the City Council ranks among the most important cultural venues in the municipality. It brings together an exhibition hall, a lobby used for talks and a performance space with 430 seats and ramps down to the stalls, used mainly for concerts of various musical genres.

The exhibition hall, the largest in the municipality, originates from the former Centro Cultural de Cajastur and programmes 20th-century and contemporary art. The stage has an oak-coloured parquet floor and lighting equipment with a computerised control console.
