Cultural Days Asturies en Guerra - 90 years: The Battle for Gijón

Researchers Luis Miguel Cuervo, author of Gijón 1936, diario de una revolución, and Marcelo Laruelo, author of El Cervera a la vista, discuss the assault on Zapadores, the assault on Simancas, and the role of the militias and loyalist military personnel during the Civil War. This colloquium, moderated by Sergio Montero, delves into the historical events that took place in Gijón during that period.

The talk will take place in the Salón de actos del Centro Cultura Antiguo Instituto at 19:00.
