Would you like to learn about life on the seabed while discovering the art of crochet? We invite you to participate in TRAMARES. Tejiendo arrecifes. Cantábrico, a unique initiative that combines science, mathematics, and craftsmanship to create a very special coral reef. 🧶
This activity, organized by the Universidad Popular, the Mercado artesano y ecológico, and the Centro Oceanográfico de Gijón (IEO-CSIC), is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the deep-sea corals of our sea.
Event details
The event will take place on April 14, 2026, at 17:00 at the Centro Municipal Integrado Ateneo de La Calzada. This activity is aimed at the general public and, although it is completely free, there are 12 spots available.
