Description
In an educational way, we will learn to identify the butterfly species that visit the Botánico at this time of year. After a brief introduction to the world of lepidoptera, we will carry out a practical recognition tour in search of specimens that will be captured, identified using simple keys, and subsequently released.
This workshop is part of a real monitoring program for diurnal butterflies, BMS España, so you will have the opportunity to actively participate with a specific transect in the Botánico. No prior knowledge is required.
- Instructor: Alberto Martínez (Taxus)
