SPECIAL Artisan Essence, European Artistic Crafts Days
The workshop will begin with a brief explanation on how to choose and understand wood, as well as the correct use of traditional tools: gouges. Afterwards, we will have an initial hands-on session with practical exercises that will help us understand the objective before moving on to carving a wine rack, a piece that each participant will be able to take home.
Wood carving invites you to disconnect from the fast pace of daily life and work on patience, concentration, and the pleasure of handmade work.
