Synopsis
A young man raised by a cunning dwarf and unaware of his origins embarks on an epic journey armed with a broken sword. Fate will place in his path a terrible dragon guarding a cursed ring and a valkyrie plunged into a magical sleep… Moments of transcendental beauty and heroic triumph shine in this third production of Wagner’s The Ring of the Nibelung cycle, by the genius of Barrie Kosky and Antonio Pappano, following the spectacular success of The Rhinegold in 2023 and The Valkyrie in 2025.
