Inspired by the true story of the 1972 Worcester Art Museum robbery—committed in broad daylight by four teenagers during a school project—director Kelly Reichardt pays homage to the heist film, film noir, and references such as Anthony Mann and Jean-Pierre Melville. Josh O’Connor leads a notable cast in the role of an antihero as charming as he is memorable.
