Event declared Tourist Interest Festival of the Principality of Asturias
Every year, just after Easter, the council of Grado welcomes spring with one of its most iconic appointments: the First Flower and the Asturian Faba IGP and related products Contest. An event that combines tradition, gastronomy, and festive atmosphere, and that turns the Mosconian village into a privileged meeting point for residents and visitors.
Event Program
Throughout the entire weekend, the historic center of Grau/Grado is filled with stalls offering a wide variety of Asturian products: fabas with Protected Geographical Indication, sausages, cheeses, traditional sweets, preserves, cider, and much more… A unique opportunity to taste local cuisine and acquire proximity products in an unparalleled setting. Walking through its streets, enjoying traditional architecture, relaxing on its outdoor terraces, and letting oneself be carried away by the welcoming atmosphere and the hospitality of the villagers, becomes a fundamental part of this unique experience.
