About the event

The Donostia-born harpist Claudia Besné has established herself as one of the most outstanding interpreters of her generation, recognized for her musicality, impeccable technique, and scenic elegance. Trained at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, where she obtained her Degree, Master’s, and Postgraduate degrees in Interpretation, she has developed an international career that has taken her to festivals such as the San Sebastián Musical Quincena, Noia Harp Fest, and the Juan March Foundation cycle.

Her versatility is reflected in the interpretation of the great repertoire and in the recovery of forgotten works. Among her achievements are the premiere of Aita Madina’s Concerto for Harp and Orchestra, the Four Galician Stories by Federico Beilinson with the Real Filharmonía de Galicia, and the Concertino by Germaine Tailleferre with the Female Symphonic Orchestra Austria.
