Pan de Luna is a poetic and sensory experience where two essential elements dialogue: bread, symbol of the earth, basic food; and the Moon, symbol of the sky, the cyclical and the mysterious.
The activity proposes a journey that kneads word, gesture, aroma, texture, and memory. Through bread —its history, cultural meanings, presence in rituals and mythologies— and the Moon —astronomy, agricultural calendars, legends, poems—, the public is invited to participate in a true encounter. And it is that Pan de Luna is, above all, an active contemplation space.
