
The Nuestra Señora de la Consolación festivities are celebrated in Caravia Alta with an extensive program that combines religious acts, open-air dances, gastronomy, children’s activities, and proposals for all audiences. The schedule begins on September 4 with the opening speech and the “chupinazo” and continues until Sunday the 13th, the day on which the XXVII Local Craft and Gastronomy Market will take place. Among the scheduled events are also the traditional “ramu” auction, a street meal with the distribution of the “bollu preñáu,” the Great Boronada, and musical performances.
