In this activity, open to all audiences, you can become an archaeologist for a day and learn firsthand what daily work in the laboratories is like. Guided by experts, you will learn the secrets hidden behind every piece found.

During the demonstrations, professionals from the Laboratorio de Prehistoria Reciente de la Universidad de Oviedo will show you the complete process a piece follows from the moment it arrives from the site. You will be able to see live:

• Cleaning and labeling of pieces.
• Archaeological drawing techniques.
• Classification of materials.
• Management of documentary records, including photographs and 3D models.
