The Fifty-Fifty Jazz and Poetry Festival presents the prestigious double bassist and composer Kyle Eastwood in its sixth edition. The musician offers his show Eastwood by Eastwood, a proposal that fuses his two great passions: jazz and cinema.
In this concert, Kyle Eastwood revisits iconic soundtracks from the filmography of his father, Clint Eastwood, providing new jazz interpretations of themes from films such as The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino, or The Bridges of Madison County. He will be accompanied by a luxury quintet formed by Andrew McCormack (piano), Quentin Collins (trumpet and cornet), Brandon Allen (saxophone and clarinet), and Chris Higginbottom (drums).
