Sofía Castañón (Gijón/Xixón, 1983) has a distinguished literary and audiovisual career. Since winning the Asturias Joven de Poesía award in 2006 for Animales interiores, she has published several poetry collections, including the one awarded the Nené Losada Rico prize, Tiempu de render.
