Sofía Castañón (Gijón/Xixón, 1983) has a distinguished literary and audiovisual career. Since winning the Asturias Joven de Poesía award in 2006 for Animales interiores, she has published several poetry collections, including the one that won the Nené Losada Rico award, Tiempu de render.
