Enantes que tengas sede (“miraes, vezos y ayalgues sobre la sidra na poesía asturiana”) is a session by Sofía Castañón on the poetic perspective of cider, at the Casa de Cultura de Lena, as part of the Cultura Sidrera program of Asturies, Cultura en Rede.
The session explores songs and poems from different centuries that feature the customs, processes, and work involved in cider making. The journey is accompanied by a cider tasting from various llagares led by gastronomic journalist Miguel Llano, in a workshop-like activity to find ways to describe the taste of cider and what it is capable of evoking.
