History of a Grape is a session by Alicia Andrés Ramos that unites literature and wine. It takes place at the Casa de Cultura de Pola de Lena as part of the literature program of Asturies, Cultura en Rede.
For nearly two hours, the proposal follows the journey of wine from the earth to the glass, guided by literary texts that have praised it. Along the way, participants taste four wines through activities linked to hearing, memory, or the symbolic value of the drink.
The idea is to play with one’s own perceptions and memories in a creative and shared gathering. No prior knowledge of wine is needed: just open your senses.
