This session explores the poetic perspective on cider in Asturian literature, combining the reading of poems and traditional songs with a guided tasting. Through a historical journey through the processes and customs linked to cider, the activity proposes a sensory exercise led by gastronomic journalist Miguel Llano.
The meeting seeks to discover how to describe the taste of cider and explore the evocations that this drink generates, in a dynamic that functions almost like a practical workshop. The activity is aimed at an adult audience and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
