Illas
Illas is very well known gastronomically for the cheese made in the area and which gives its name to one of the nuclei of the council, La Peral. We will start the day making the Route of the Mills, a route with little difficulty in which we will be able to contemplate, in different degrees of conservation, the almost total number of mills that functioned in the past century.
After lunch, we will visit a family cheese dairy where we will learn the cheese-making process.
Recommendations: closed shoes or mountain boots, comfortable clothing, walking stick, water, sun cream and food.
