The dance series Umbrales habitados concludes with La Revisión, a proposal by Sergio R. Suárez in collaboration with La Basal. This contemporary creation project explores the representation codes of Spanish dance and flamenco, analyzing the gender bias present in both identity and artistic expression. The work invites reflection on the norms that condition bodies in the professional and pedagogical spheres.
