This gastronomic experience, organized by Iñaki Busto (Gijón Bonito), celebrates the arrival of the bonito fishing season with a proposal that goes beyond the traditional. You will be able to taste this oily fish in three fresh and surprising versions:

• Raw Bonito del norte
• Bonito tartare
• Bonito ceviche

To make the experience complete, each bite will be accompanied by a pairing of Atlantic white wines and Sidra de Asturias (DOP). It is the ideal plan for lovers of fine dining who want to celebrate the fishing culture of Gijón with a modern and delicious touch. 🥂
