"A(r)mar un libro", children's writing workshop with Lara Meana

The writer Lara Meana leads a two-session children’s writing workshop during the Christmas holidays at the Teatro La Lechera de Cancienes (Corvera).

Each session starts with the shared reading of picture books to discuss how a story is created: where the gaze lingers, which words catch attention, which characters are loved or hated, and what makes a book captivating or unconvincing. From there, participants write their own book in four steps:

• Create the characters.
• Build the story.
• Illustrate the words.
• Bind the book.

Practical information:

• Monday, December 28 and Tuesday, December 29, starting at 11:00, 3 hours per session.
• Children’s audience.
