Sala Negra Café Teatro is a theatre venue in Logroño, in La Rioja, that has been programming theatre and music shows since 2018 and has belonged to the Red de Teatros Alternativos since November 2020. Its line-up brings together theatre, comedy, magic, music, poetry and family shows, as well as weekend vermouth sessions, and the venue describes itself as a welcoming space that aims to foster a love of theatre and the live arts.
Full capacity is 130 people, dropping to 80 when the room is set up in café-theatre mode. The stage measures 5.50 metres wide by 3.30 metres deep, and the technical booth, from which lighting and sound are controlled, sits facing the stage, behind the audience.
