Villartorey is a village in the municipality of Villayón, in western Asturias. It belongs to the parish of Arbón, which comprises three population entities (Arbón, San Pelayo and Villartorey itself) and covers about 14.19 km² within a municipality of 132.46 km².
The municipality is part of the Parque Histórico del Navia district, in the Navia river basin, a mountainous territory whose northern ranges, such as the Sierra de Arbón, rise above 800 metres.
