The Salón de Actos del CRIN is the assembly hall of the Reception and Interpretation Centre of the Somiedo Natural Park, located in La Pola de Somiedo, the municipal capital and the central point of the park. It is used, for example, for the screenings of the Festival de Cine de Somiedo.
The centre has an audiovisual exhibition with interactive elements on the park’s relief, geology, vegetation, wildlife and ethnographic heritage, and provides information on hiking routes and the rules of the protected area. It also guides visitors to the Ethnographic Museum of Pola de Somiedo and the ethnographic house-museums of Veigas.
