The Complejo Cultural As Quintas is a cultural venue run by the El Franco town council in La Caridad (A Caridá). It brings together the original house, a former dwelling of an ethnographic ensemble, with a newly built auditorium joined to it, which combines the ethnographic tradition with present-day architecture.

The house holds the municipal library on the ground floor and, upstairs, an exhibition hall that prominent figures in the art world consider one of the best in Asturias for its architecture and technical conditions; the Amigos de As Quintas association programmes shows all year round. The auditorium has 250 seats and sound and image equipment. The El Pajar cultural room offers a study area with 36 workstations on the upper floor and, on the ground floor, a space for talks, meetings and conferences. The complex also houses the municipal tourism office, in the Aula Etnográfica A Bodega.
