About this venue
The Palacio de Congresos de Gijón sits in the “Luis Adaro” Asturias fairgrounds, a site of nearly 160,000 m² managed by the Gijón Chamber of Commerce, next to Isabel la Católica park and the El Molinón stadium. It is very close to San Lorenzo beach, with several hotels nearby, and stands out for the landscaped areas around it and its ISO 14000 sustainability certification.
It is made up of pavilions of different sizes, the largest of 5,400 m², each with its own architectural personality. Thanks to its flexibility it hosts gatherings of 50 to 7,000 participants: conventions, congresses, trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate events.
