XXVI International Bagpipe Band Festival Villa de Xixón. Day Three

Would you like to enjoy a day full of music and tradition in the streets of Gijón? The XXVI Festival Internacional de Bandes de Gaites Villa de Xixón arrives to fill the city with unique sounds with the participation of groups arriving from different corners of the world. 🎶

The event will take place on the day of the celebration at 19:00 in various iconic spots of the city, culminating with a grand parade at 20:30. Admission is free for all attendees.

• Plaza del Instituto: Bagad Arvorzion Karnag (France)
• Plaza del Seis de Agosto: Milngavie Pipe Band (Scotland)
• Plaza del Marqués: Xeremiers de Sóller (Mallorca)
• Jardines del Náutico: Banda Gaites Villa de Xixón

Grand Parade 🎺

Starting at 20:30, all participating bands will join together in a route that will depart from the Jardines del Náutico and will end at the Plaza Mayor. Do not miss this grand finale for an unforgettable afternoon of traditional music!
