
The 16th Transhumance Pilgrimage is held at the Lagos de Saliencia, offering a festive day that integrates livestock tradition with folklore, local gastronomy, and live music. The event stands out for its natural setting and festive atmosphere, bringing together residents and visitors in an outdoor celebration.
Program
- 13:00: Opening speech by José Luis Álvarez Almeida, president of Hostelería de España, followed by a performance by pandereteras from Somiedo.
- 14:30: Country-style lunch with a menu choice of spit-roasted lamb or ribs, both accompanied by criollos, dessert, drinks, and bread.
- Verbena: Featuring music by the duo Gabino Show.
