Event declared Tourist Interest Festival of the Principality of Asturias
The locality of Santolaya, celebrates this gastronomic contest, where the protagonist is the rice pudding.
A good program of activities, that includes the celebration of the contest of elaboration of the best rice pudding, and later the tasting of all the dishes that present the contestants for the prize.
The Rice Pudding Festival is framed in the Fiestas de San Francisco de Paula.
