The XIV Somiedo Storytelling and Oral Narration Festival, affectionately known as Tibleus, returns for another year to fill the Somiedo council with magic, stories, and culture. Coordinated by David Acera, Ana Laura Barros, and Manuel Galán, this festival offers a diverse program ranging from literary workshops and baby storytelling sessions to educational experience roundtables and oral narration shows for adults.
Featured Program
- Saturday, June 20: The day begins at 11:30 with the workshop “El reloj dormilón” and an educational experience roundtable at the CRIN. Throughout the day, there will be mobilization activities, international storytellers, and, to close the day, a storytelling encounter with Boniface Ofogo at 21:00 at the Palacio Flórez Estrada.
- Sunday, June 21: The morning will feature the show “Ángel Poeta” by Tras la Puerta Títeres (11:30) and a concert by Melanie Moers (13:00). The festival will conclude at 14:00 with the presentation of the 2026 Filandón award.
