The Banda de Música Ciudad de Oviedo offers an open-air concert as part of the “Vive la Banda” summer series, which fills the city’s streets and squares with music during the months of July and August. This ensemble, composed mostly of teachers and advanced students from the Conservatory, will perform its repertoire this Wednesday, July 29, at 19:00 on Calle Milicias Nacionales.

About the group
The Banda de Música Ciudad de Oviedo is a non-profit organization founded in 1992, coinciding with the Desfile del Día de América en Asturias. Currently, thanks to its agreement with the Ayuntamiento de Oviedo, the group maintains an intense cultural schedule with more than sixty performances annually throughout the Asturian capital. 🎺
