Villayón is preparing to welcome autumn with one of those events where the crafts, flavors, and traditions of the region come together. On Saturday, October 31, the municipal sports center will host the All Saints’ Fair 2026, a day that will bring together crafts, basketry, food, and various cultural and family-friendly proposals between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
The fair will offer a space to discover products and artisanal work, in an event that emphasizes the richness of trades and the flavors linked to rural life. The program will also feature a performance by the Banda de Gaitas El Oso Pardo, which will provide the sound of traditional Asturian music for a day designed to be enjoyed in community.
The little ones will also have their place in the celebration, with the Sweet Autumn workshop and a face-painting activity led by Lucía Danceo. This will be joined by an introduction to Celtic bowling workshop for children, organized by the Peña La Cantera, which will allow them to experience a sports practice tied to popular tradition.
One of the standout sections will be the equine livestock fair, for which prior registration at the City Council will be essential. Three prizes will be awarded to those who present the highest number of livestock heads, and the organization will cover transportation costs.
