The program offers a varied selection of activities that include cultural visits, bio-interpreted walks, hiking routes, and ethnographic hiking. The activities take place in the municipalities of Langreo, San Martín del Rey Aurelio, Laviana, Sobrescobio and Caso.

• Price: All activities are free.
• Recommendations: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear, bring water, sun protection, and a snack depending on the duration of the route.
