TRAMARES weaving reefs. Cantabrian

About the event

Can you imagine a Cantabrian coral reef that comes to life through crochet and engraving? This exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to discover how science, mathematics, and traditional craftsmanship come together in a fascinating collective work that invites us to explore the secrets of the ocean in a totally new way. 🌊

This exhibition was born from the project inspired by TRAMARES, originally promoted by the Universidad Católica de Chile in 2021, and now arrives after a collaborative creative process carried out during the spring in educational workshops. It is a unique piece that combines the delicacy of knitting with the strength of graphic art, created for the IX Simposio Internacional de Corales de Profundidad.
