Enjoy the Trail Minero Santa Bárbara, a unique mountain race that combines sports, nature, and industrial heritage, connecting the Caudal and Nalón basins through the most representative landscapes of the mining history of Asturias.
The competition offers two main modalities:
- TMSB Marathon: 42 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of approximately 2,450 meters. Start at Pozo Santiago (Caborana, Aller) and finish at Pozo Sotón.
- Speedtrail: 16 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of approximately 945 meters. Start at Pozo Carrio (Laviana) and finish at Pozo Sotón.
Both itineraries allow you to discover eight emblematic mining shafts of the region, culminating at Pozo Sotón, declared a Asset of Cultural Interest.

- TMSB Marathon: €60 (federated) / €63 (non-federated) until October 31; €65 / €68 starting November 1.
- Speedtrail: €27 (federated) / €30 (non-federated) until October 31; €32 / €35 starting November 1.
