NEW TIMES: PARKINEOS AND GEA

The Tiempos Nuevos 2026 series closes its season in the courtyard of the Edificio Histórico de la Universidad de Oviedo with performances by Parkineos and Gea. This final event of the contemporary popular music program, organized by the Fundación Municipal de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Oviedo, puts the finishing touch on a summer of concerts with a proposal focused on electronic sounds. 🎶

The event will take place on Wednesday, August 5 at 20:00. Admission is free, although it is recommended to arrive early to ensure access to the venue.

The artists

The closing of this edition features two acts that explore the energy of rave culture:

• Parkineos: a project born from urban noise and the pulse of techno that combines raw rhythms of rawstyle, hardtek, frenchcore, and hyperpop.
• Gea: an independent DJ, producer, and vocalist who presents a bouncy and pumping techno style, fusing hard trance and acid tekno with a sophisticated sonic identity. 🎧

This event represents the conclusion of a series that, throughout the Wednesdays of July and August, has brought together ten local and national artists in this unique setting in the city.
