About the event
TEX · Tardeo Escénico Xixón is conceived as an afternoon scenic gathering, in a cafetín (coffee shop) format, designed specifically for older women linked to associations, neighborhood groups, or community spaces in the city, not necessarily related to the performing arts.
The proposal is born under the umbrella of the Proyecto Comadre · Lisístrata and emphasizes shared biography, community building, and the creation of a personal, intimate, and safe space, where the stage is understood as a place for meeting, listening, and collective action.
Dynamics
The coffee shop functions as a metaphor and a device: an informal meeting point that encourages conversation, memory, the body, and the word. A time to tell stories, recognize each other, and think together, based on the vital, daily, and collective experience of each participant.
The gathering will be designed, accompanied, and guided by Borja Roces, as the creator of the space and facilitator of the process, activating participation dynamics that connect personal memory with the scenic and the communal.
