The workshop will explore the interconnection between music and the traditional practice of using bread. Throughout the session, participating people will creatively musicalize the process of making two recipes with leftover bread (cake and cookies), highlighting the rhythms and melodies characteristic of the different stages of preparation for each one. Sounds and rhythms will be created using kitchen utensils and ingredients, promoting sound experimentation and sensory connection with gastronomic tradition. We will conclude the workshop with the tasting of the prepared recipes.
