Sci-Fi Motion Workshop with Adrián Vega. Escena Xixón 2026

About the event

Workshop Description

The Sci-Fi Motion workshop applied to Los lunares del Puma is aimed at an open audience, especially those interested in contemporary dance, movement, the body, and image. It is designed for both amateur and professional dancers as well as people from other artistic fields (video, performance, visual arts) with or without prior dance experience.

The workshop proposes a space for practical, accessible research, where work is done through the body, imagination, and perception, without requiring specific technical knowledge in dance or video.

About Sci-Fi Motion

Sci-Fi Motion is a body language system developed by Adrián Vega over the last ten years. The workshop works from a proximity science fiction perspective, exploring system failure, anti-gravity, and the humanoid subject to investigate the relationship between hip-hop and flamenco, the sonority of the body, and movement through cameras and microphones.

  • Note: This workshop is linked to the show El diario del Puma which will take place one hour after the workshop.
  • Recommendations: Comfortable clothing, sneakers, and socks.

Registration
