Workshop: "Baby's First Care"

The arrival of a newborn is a wonderful and transformative stage, but it is completely normal for many questions to arise in the first few days. This workshop is the perfect space to share experiences and learn from professionals, preparing you calmly to enjoy this new family adventure to the fullest. 👶

The meeting will take place on April 27, 2026, from 17:30 to 19:00, in Aula 6/7 del Centro Municipal Integrado de Pumarín Gijón Sur. The activity requires free prior registration and is designed especially for families expecting a baby or who already have one under three months old.

What will we learn?

Organized by the Asociación de Enfermería Pediátrica del Principado de Asturias (AEPPAS), the workshop will address the topics that most concern first-time parents:

• Basic care during the first weeks.
• Guidelines on sleep and feeding.
• Managing colic.
• Introduction to babywearing.
• Resolution of frequent questions.
