Description
Sometimes environmental pressure causes us discomfort, but we can learn to relax and regain our balance. In this practical workshop, we will be in contact with nature so that our mind learns to feel good, benefiting from the silence and the sounds of the Botánico, as an accompaniment in the search for inner balance and relaxation, so necessary to live and manage the difficulties of day-to-day life.

Important information
- It is necessary to register individually each person who wishes to participate in the activity.
