Adult Workshop: Butterflies

Description

In a didactic way, we will learn to identify the butterfly species that visit the Botánico at this time of year. After a brief introduction to the world of butterflies (Lepidoptera), we will carry out a practical recognition tour in search of specimens that will be captured, identified using simple keys, and subsequently released.

In addition, this workshop is part of a real monitoring program for diurnal butterflies, BMS España, in which you will have the opportunity to actively participate with a specific transect at the Botánico. No prior knowledge is required.
