The Asociación de Vecinos de Ortiguera (AVO) invites you to participate in this Taichi workshop, an excellent opportunity to improve physical and mental well-being through this ancient discipline. The sessions will be held at the Casa de Cultura de Ortiguera from October 2025 to June 2026.
